BUSINESS ANALYST - DTC/OCC/NSCC/FCM Initiatives

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Business Analyst to join our Broker Dealer Back Office team, with a focus on DTC/OCC/NSCC Clearing/Settlement Initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Clearing and Settlement processes and the related operational workflows. Experience with or understanding of DTC/OCC/NSCC clearing/settlements is mandatory.

Core Responsibilities:

Elicit, document, and validate detailed business and functional requirements.
Analyze current-state clearing and settlement processes and design scalable future-state solutions.
Ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks and industry standards (DTC, OCC, NSCC).
Partner closely with Technology, Operations, Compliance, and external stakeholders.
Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and project deliverables.
Develop executive-level presentations, status reports, and governance materials.
Identify risks, dependencies, and process improvement opportunities.
Support testing, implementation, and post-go-live validation.

Required Qualifications:

AVP or VP-level experience within Banking or Capital Markets.
Strong expertise in clearing and settlements, including DTC, OCC, NSCC, and futures clearing.
Strong Fixed Income & Equities knowledge.
