Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Tester with strong expertise in middleware testing and banking/payment systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automation, manual testing, and financial messaging standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end testing activities (manual & automation)
  • Design and execute test strategies for middleware applications
  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
  • Ensure quality delivery in Agile environments
  • Mentor junior testers and review test artifacts

Mandatory Skills

  • Middleware Testing: MQ, TIBCO, SOA
  • Automation Testing using IBM RIT
  • Strong Manual Testing experience
  • SWIFT Standards & ISO 20022 (MT & MX messages)
  • Performance & monitoring tools: JMeter, JConsole
  • Basic Unix/Linux commands
  • Database testing (SQL)
  • Tools: JIRA, GIT, Jenkins
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology

Good to Have

  • Banking or Financial Services domain exposure
  • Leadership or test lead experience
