• Skilled at eliciting requirements from Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and Product teams.
• Ability to convert business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, campaign workflows, lead life
• Exposure to customer interactions
• Crisp & concise presentation skill

Good to have

• Domain expertise in Ads MarTech
• Experience in working with distributed team across globe
• Participation in product or domain related workshops with customer for deep dives.
