Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and manage RESTful APIs and Microservices architectures.
• Implement business logic, security layers, and data persistence solutions.
• Integrate backend services with frontend applications and third-party systems.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot production issues and deliver timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with product owners, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Mandatory Skills

✔ Strong proficiency in Core Java (Java 8+), Spring Boot, Spring MVC

✔ Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture

✔ Strong experience in REST API development and integration

✔ Working knowledge of databases: MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle / MongoDB

✔ Experience with Hibernate / JPA

✔ Build tools: Maven / Gradle

✔ Version control: Git / Bitbucket

✔ Unit testing using JUnit / Mockito

✔ Basic exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

✔ Understanding of Security concepts (JWT, OAuth2)

✔ Familiarity with Agile methodologies
