Job Description

*Job Title: Assistant Manager Sales - Premium Interior Decor Products*

Salary:* Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 50,000/- per month

Experience Required

Minimum 5+ years of sales experience.
Must have worked extensively with:
Interior designers
Architects
Contractors
Hotels / hospitality projects
Experience in landscaping / plants / planters / outdoor décor or related categories.

Primary Responsibilities

Drive high-value B2B sales for premium planters and artificial plants.
Build Auré Maison as a preferred partner for architects and interior designers.

Key Expectations

Bring an existing client base and network (designers, architects, contractors, hotels).
Actively expand relationships with:
Interior designers
Architects
Luxury project consultants

Will Be Handling

Project discussions
Large orders
Price negotiations
Closures
Mentor and guide junior sales team.

Success Will Be Measured By

Quality of network onboarded.
Number of repeat B2B clients.
Monthly and quarterly revenue growth.

Work Location: Purasaiwalkam, Chennai
