- A global BIM and engineering consultancy delivering high-quality solutions to the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. The company specializes in Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementation and Virtual Design & Construction (VDC), supporting projects across the USA, Canada, Europe, the UK, the Middle East, India, Australia, and the APAC region.
- The organization is looking for an experienced business development leader to drive growth in the USA, Canada, and European markets. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and building strong relationships with stakeholders in the AEC industry, including architects, engineers, design firms, and contractors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Project Management
- 10+ years of experience in construction, consulting, design, engineering, or architecture-related industries
- Prior exposure to US and European markets is highly preferred
- Proven track record in business development, sales growth, and contract negotiations
- Strong understanding of construction workflows, digital engineering, BIM, and AEC technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the company’s presence in the USA, Canada, and Europe
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the AEC sector
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, clients, and strategic partners
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, and contract negotiations
- Drive revenue growth and achieve business targets
- Monitor industry trends and market developments to support strategic planning]
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
- 10+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales
- Experience in AEC / Engineering / Construction industry]
- Exposure to US, Europe, Australia, or Canada markets
- Experience selling BIM, engineering, or design services
- Strong client acquisition and business growth track record
- Degree in Engineering or Architecture
- Established network with architects, contractors, or consultants
- Excellent communication skills
- Team management experience (handled a team of 10+ members)
