Assistant Manager - Sales Operations

What You Will Do

This position will be responsible for Commercial Sales Support for all India Sales. Shall give support in various commercial functions like TCB – PCB tracking and release requirement for Commit jobs, Bank Guarantee approval, Code Creation co-ordination & tracking, Bill to ship to code creation tracking, Kewill verification, ROC Check, tracking and co-ordination of other booking process requirements (saving time for sales team for these activities to improve on productivity).

How You Will Do It

• Shall be responsible for coordinating with Sales team and other internal stake holders like Finance, booking team, IBC team etc
• Tracking for each month TCB - PCB list of clients, working with sales / operations, finance team on tracking removal of TCB – PCB for commit projects for that month / quarter.
• Shall be responsible for tracking and reporting activities which requires Sr. Management intervention / support to achieve booking number as per plan.
  
  

Required

What we look for

• Graduate in the field of Commerce with relevant sales support function experience of 8 to 10 years.
• Understanding of sales process and support requirement with punctual & proactive approach.
• Shall have good verbal, written and interpersonal skills in English for communication with internal stakeholders.
• Shall have good knowledge of MS office. (Word, Excel, Power Point etc)
