We are currently seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as business development Associates. This position is ideal for recent graduates with 0 to 2 years of experience, holding a degree in BBA, B. Com, MBA, or M. Com.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive networking and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing company products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and delivery of services.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
