Job Title: Assistant Manager - Finance
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for MIS, accounting, and handling end-to-end P&L reporting and bringing in automations wherever required.
Perform variance analysis for revenue and expenses and state the reasons for variance.
Prepare schedule, aging, financial disclosures and reporting to stakeholders on a timely basis.
Assist in Implementation of internal financial control and accounting policies.
Responsible for improving/ implementing processes by having a good understanding of the business and a good understanding of underlying data
Responsible for end-to-end co-ordination on Due diligence, internal audit and statutory audit assignments.
Responsible for managing account receivables and coordinating with various stakeholders.
Desired Candidates
CA with 0 to 2 years of experience in the Finance process.
Experience working within a start-up environment is highly desirable
Knowledge of Financials and basic understanding of MIS.
Basic knowledge of taxation such as GST, Income Tax, Financial reporting and data mining tools such as Oracle, Finly, Navision, Tally, etc.
Exposure and knowledge of statutory and tax audits is desirable.
Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information.
