Assistant Account ( Executive )

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage financial records, billing, and accounting support for our solar energy projects. The candidate will assist in maintaining financial transactions, preparing invoices, managing vendor payments, and ensuring proper documentation of all financial activities.

• Maintain accurate financial records including invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Prepare vendor invoices, purchase entries, and payment follow-ups.
• Assist in bank reconciliation, ledger management, and financial documentation.
• Support preparation of monthly financial reports and expense tracking.
• Maintain purchase orders, work orders, and project billing records.
• Coordinate with internal departments for payment approvals and billing clarification.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial transactions.
• Assist senior accounts team in audit preparation and compliance work.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and attention to detail.

• B.Com / BBA / M.Com or related field.
• 0–2 years experience in accounting or finance preferred.
• Freshers with strong accounting knowledge can also apply.
