What You’ll Do
- Support the origination, funding, and ongoing servicing of private lending products
- Partner with advisors and internal stakeholders to facilitate loan applications and lifecycle maintenance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements across all stages of lending
- Interact with cross-regional teams to support a global client base
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual work, and strengthen controls
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong client service mindset with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to manage time-sensitive work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple functions
- Self-starter who takes ownership, stays organized, and adapts well under pressure
- Entry point into wealth management and private lending operations
- Hands-on exposure to middle office controls, risk management, and regulated banking activities
- Opportunity to build relationships across lending, credit, legal, and operations teams
