Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all site operations, including construction, commissioning, and operational

activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant performance and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technologies and

processes.

Drive resource planning and allocation to meet project milestones and operational goals.
Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution of projects.
Lead risk assessment and mitigation strategies to address operational challenges.
Foster a culture of safety, sustainability, and compliance with internal standards.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and

community representatives.

Provide leadership and mentorship to site teams, ensuring high performance and

professional growth.

Report progress and key metrics to the Project Head, ensuring transparency and

accountability.

Qualifications

Proven track record of 25+ years in the thermal power industry, with expertise in large-scale

construction and operational projects.
