Analyst - RTR
We are seeking an experienced Analyst - RTR to join our team in Jaipur. The successful candidate will be responsible for Record-to-Report processes, journal entries, month-end close, and financial statement preparation.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and other financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in the month-end close process, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
- Perform intercompany reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain and improve Record-to-Report (RTR) processes, including General Ledger and financial statement preparation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of financial processes and meet deadlines.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including management and external auditors.
- 3-5 years of experience in Record-to-Report processes, financial statement preparation, and general ledger maintenance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with financial software such as SAP or Oracle.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
