Analyst - RTR

We are seeking an experienced Analyst - RTR to join our team in Jaipur. The successful candidate will be responsible for Record-to-Report processes, journal entries, month-end close, and financial statement preparation.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and other financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Assist in the month-end close process, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
Perform intercompany reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Maintain and improve Record-to-Report (RTR) processes, including General Ledger and financial statement preparation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of financial processes and meet deadlines.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including management and external auditors.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in Record-to-Report processes, financial statement preparation, and general ledger maintenance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with financial software such as SAP or Oracle.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
