The Material Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring smooth production operations by managing material flow, verifying inventory accuracy, and supporting maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) needs. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with production and warehouse teams.

What You’ll Do

Material Resupply (Water-Spider Role)

  • Gather and deliver raw materials, components, and supplies to production lines in a timely manner.
  • Maintain efficient material flow to minimize downtime and support continuous production.

Inventory Accuracy & Cycle Counts

  • Check products for correct lot numbers and quantities during material handling.
  • Identify and report discrepancies; trigger cycle counts as needed to ensure inventory integrity.

MRO Support

  • Assist with ordering and replenishing MRO items on the production floor.
  • Coordinate with procurement and maintenance teams to ensure timely availability of critical supplies.

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or production support experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory and order entry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing and able to lift to 20 lbs. regularly.
