Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counselor located in Bengaluru. The Admission Counselor will guide prospective students through the admission process, manage inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include counseling students about courses, addressing their queries, providing detailed information, and encouraging enrollment in our programs. Additional responsibilities may include coordinating admissions events, supporting marketing efforts, and maintaining accurate records of prospective student interactions.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Interpersonal Communication and professional written and verbal Communication
- Experience in delivering excellent Customer Service and understanding the needs of diverse individuals
- Familiarity with Sales techniques and the ability to encourage potential students toward decision-making
- Knowledge of Education sector processes and systems is preferable
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required, with a preference for education or related fields
- Proficiency in local languages, in addition to English, is a plus
