Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as an Admission Counsellor based in Sankrail, Dhulagarh, Howrah. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing detailed information about the college, and addressing inquiries to help make informed decisions. Additional duties include maintaining strong communication with applicants, managing admissions documentation, and contributing to initiatives aimed at student enrollment. Collaboration with internal teams to support marketing and outreach activities is also expected.

- Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills for effective interaction with prospective students and their families
- Customer Service skills to provide a positive and supportive experience during the admissions process
- Sales skills to promote the institution and guide prospective students toward enrollment decisions
- Familiarity with educational systems and processes to address student inquiries accurately
- Additional qualifications, such as prior experience in admissions, proficiency in local languages, and a bachelor's degree in a related field, would be advantageous.
