Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for a Sales Manager at Bandhan Bank. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales activities, develop strategies to drive growth, and ensure seamless execution of sales plans. Responsibilities also include building strong client relationships, achieving defined sales targets, managing a team of sales agents, addressing client inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires regular analysis of market trends to identify opportunities and formulate effective sales campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Target Achievement, and Relationship Management
- Strong leadership skills, team management, and communication abilities
- Knowledge of market trends, client acquisition, and customer retention strategies
- Familiarity with banking products, financial services, and regulatory compliance
- Problem-solving skills and expertise in customer issue resolution
- Understanding of semi-urban and rural banking needs is advantageous
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
