Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin Executive to handle day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation (physical & digital)
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Assist HR with attendance, leave records, onboarding documentation.
- Support finance team with bill tracking, invoices, and expense records
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel if required
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the office
- Act as a point of contact between management and staff for admin matters
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of office management procedures
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
