Job Description
Role: Chief of Staff – CSC
Purpose: Enable the CSC leadership team (Customer Success, Sales, PM, Tech SME) to operate with strong cadence, alignment, and execution—driving predictable growth, delivery excellence, and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Run CSC operating rhythm: weekly leadership meetings, deal reviews, delivery risk reviews, MBR/QBRs; create agendas, pre-reads, minutes, decision logs, and action tracking.
Drive execution: translate priorities into plans, owners, timelines; manage dependencies and unblock teams.
Build performance visibility: maintain CSC dashboard (pipeline, wins, renewals, customer health, project health, escalations) and highlight risks/opportunities.
Enable pursuits & handoffs: coordinate top deals with Sales + Tech SME; standardize Sales → PM → CS handover (scope, commercials, risks, success criteria).
Governance & escalations: run escalation process, ensure action plans and closure; improve hygiene across projects and customer issues.
Executive communication: prepare leadership updates, monthly packs, and quarterly reviews.
