Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Partnership Manager who will be responsible for building collaborations with universities and colleges for our Industry Practice Program (IPP).
This role involves engaging with senior academic stakeholders and driving institutional partnerships.

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Partnership Manager who will be responsible for building collaborations with universities and colleges for our Industry Practice Program (IPP).
This role involves engaging with senior academic stakeholders and driving institutional partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with universities and colleges across India
- Engage with decision-makers (Vice Chancellors, Deans, Directors, Placement Heads)
- Present CareerSecure’s Industry Practice Program (IPP)
- Schedule and conduct meetings (online/offline)
- Drive end-to-end partnership discussions and closures
- Build long-term relationships with institutions
- Coordinate internally for onboarding and execution
- Maintain pipeline, follow-ups, and reporting
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to interact with senior academic stakeholders
- B2B sales / institutional sales experience
- Negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented
- Understanding of higher education ecosystem (preferred)
- Experience in EdTech / B2B / Institutional sales
- Comfortable with long sales cycles
- Confident in presenting to senior leadership
- Strong networking ability
- MBA preferred (not mandatory)
