Role Description

This full-time, on-site Academic Coach role is based in Karimnagar. The Academic Coach will provide mentorship and guidance to students, facilitate personalized learning strategies, and support academic success. This includes assisting students in understanding challenging concepts, especially in mathematics, and fostering effective learning habits. The role also involves collaborating with educators to enhance instructional methods and aid in curriculum implementation to meet varied student needs.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Academic Coaching and general Coaching to mentor students effectively.
• Proficiency in educational strategies with a strong foundation in Mathematics.
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with students, teachers, and parents effectively.
• Experience in the education field and a passion for personalized and innovative learning approaches.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and build positive relationships within a school environment.
