Responsibilities / Skills

Strong experience in supporting min 2-3 core modules stack ranked:
Total Rewards (Adv. Comp, Comp), Talent, Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Total Rewards (Benefits).
Strong experience in configuring Workday Security and reporting.
Strong experience in configurations of the above modules
Experience in configuring Adv. Comp for promotions and merit increases.
Experience in optimizing BPs and solutions to automate manual tasks is a big plus
Translate business gaps and manual touchpoints into scalable solutions
Documentation of processes, workflows to the maintain knowledge base.
Translate business gaps and manual touchpoints into scalable solutions, prioritizing automation.
Experience configuring ATS tools like Greenhouse is a big plus
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and colleagues in different time zones.
