• Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites with a strong focus on UI/UX and performance
• Customize themes and plugins as per business requirements
• Ensure website speed optimization, security, and mobile responsiveness
• Manage website backups, updates, and troubleshooting
• Integrate third-party tools, forms, APIs, and tracking codes
• Implement SEO-friendly site structures and schema markup

• Plan and execute SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO)
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines
• Manage Google Ads / Meta Ads campaigns (basic to intermediate level)
• Monitor website traffic, rankings, conversions, and ROI
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools
• Support social media and email marketing campaigns when required

• Strong knowledge of WordPress, Elementor / Gutenberg / WPBakery
• HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript knowledge
• Experience with hosting, cPanel, and domain management
• Understanding of page speed optimization (Core Web Vitals)

• Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and campaign optimization
• Familiarity with content marketing and lead generation strategies
• Data-driven mindset with reporting and analysis skills
