Position: WhatsApp Marketer

We are looking for someone who can set up and manage WhatsApp-based marketing and customer communication for our eCommerce store.

Responsibilities

1. Set up the WhatsApp Business system for Plutarchy
2. Configure automated WhatsApp messages for key order events (order placed, order confirmed, order dispatched, etc.)
3. Create post-purchase WhatsApp follow-ups to reconnect with customers after a sale
4. Set up abandoned cart WhatsApp reminders to help convert potential customers
5. Build simple automated flows for customer engagement and retention
6. Ensure smooth integration of WhatsApp messaging with the website’s order system
