Wellness Manager

The Wellness Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing employee wellness programs that support physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being. This role drives a culture of health, engagement, and productivity by aligning wellness initiatives with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive wellness strategies and annual wellness plans
• Design programs focused on mental health, physical fitness, nutrition, stress management, and work-life balance
• Manage employee assistance programs (EAPs), health screenings, and wellness vendors
• Analyze wellness data, participation rates, and ROI to improve program effectiveness
• Partner with HR, leadership, and external providers to promote well-being initiatives
• Plan and facilitate workshops, campaigns, and wellness events
• Create internal communications to promote wellness offerings and healthy behaviors
• Ensure wellness programs are inclusive, accessible, and compliant with regulations
• Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative wellness solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ,Psychology, HR, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in wellness, HR, employee engagement, or related roles
• Knowledge of mental health, occupational health, and wellness best practices
• Experience managing vendors and wellness budgets
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• Certified Wellness Professional (CWP), CHES, or similar certification
• Experience with corporate wellness platforms and analytics tools
• Coaching or mindfulness training is a plus
