Duties and Responsibilities:

The Welders Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to students in various welding techniques. The role requires both theoretical knowledge and practical expertise in welding, particularly for the oil & gas industry. The trainer will ensure that students acquire the necessary skills to perform welding tasks safely and effectively across various sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on various welding techniques, including TIG, MIG, Arc, and other welding methods.
• Develop and update curriculum, training materials, and course content to meet industry standards.
• Train students on welding safety protocols, equipment handling, and maintenance.
• Provide hands-on training on welding machines, materials, and techniques used in the industry.
• Assess and evaluate student performance in both theoretical and practical exams.
• Conduct skill assessments and certification tests to ensure students meet industry competency standards.
• Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and offer additional support to ensure successful completion of training.
• Ensure students adhere to safety guidelines and apply proper welding techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and certification completion.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and developments in welding techniques.
• Organize demonstrations of welding techniques for students to observe and learn.
• Provide guidance on career opportunities in welding and related fields.
• Collaborate with other trainers and staff to improve training delivery and student outcomes.
• Ensure all training equipment and tools are well-maintained and in good working condition.
• Promote a positive and productive learning environment for all students.

Qualifications:

• ITI Welding with 10 years of experience out of which minimum 5 years as Welding Instructor
• Certification in welding training (e.g., AWS, ASME, or an equivalent recognized certification).
• Experience in welding, particularly in the oil & gas sector, is preferred.
• Expertise in various welding techniques, including TIG, MIG, Arc, and other advanced welding processes.
• Strong knowledge of welding safety, equipment, and best practices.
• Minimum of 5 years of practical welding experience.
• Previous experience as a welding instructor or trainer is preferred.
• Ability to explain complex welding concepts to students at varying skill levels.
• Ability to assess, evaluate, and guide student progress effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Patience, leadership abilities, and the ability to motivate students to excel.

• Hindi, Telugu, and English (Fluency required)
