To support our mission, we are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in renewable energy, particularly solar PV and wind operations.

We are seeking a highly skilled Web and Mobile App Developer with expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining responsive web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have experience with front-end and back-end technologies, cross-platform frameworks, and cloud-based services. You will work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend AI/ML engineers to build seamless, high-performance applications.

This is an individual contributor role where candidate will need to collaborate with Product, Tech and Business team members.

Responsibilities

• Web & Mobile App Development
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using modern frameworks (React, Angular, Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin, etc.).
• Implement responsive and adaptive UI designs for seamless user experiences.
• Ensure cross-platform compatibility for both iOS and Android.
• Backend Integration & API Development
• Work with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and cloud services (AWS, Firebase, Azure, etc.).
• Ensure secure authentication (OAuth, JWT, etc.) and data protection best practices.
• Performance Optimization & Debugging
• Optimize app performance for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Debug and troubleshoot UI, connectivity, and performance issues across devices and platforms.
• Collaboration & Deployment
• Collaborate with designers, QA testers, and product teams to create innovative solutions.
• Deploy applications on Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and web hosting services.
• Continuous Learning & Best Practices
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
• Implement best coding practices, maintain documentation, and follow Agile methodologies.
  

Job Requirements

Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in web and mobile app development.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Frontend: React.js, Angular, Vue.js (for web apps)
• Mobile: React Native, Flutter, Swift (iOS), Kotlin (Android)
• Backend: Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Firebase, .NET, PHP
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase Firestore
• APIs: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets
• DevOps & Deployment: Docker, AWS, Azure, CI/CD pipelines
• Version Control: Git, GitHub, GitLab
