Job Description

Experienced Senior UX/XD Designer with a strong grasp of AI principles to design user interfaces for AI-powered products. Focus on creating intuitive and effective experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Project Responsibilities

Lead requirement gathering and feasibility analysis.
Conduct advanced user research and competitive benchmarking, including advanced methods such as ethnography and contextual inquiry.
Conduct user research on AI-integrated designs.
Apply user-centered design to AI solutions.
Design interfaces that communicate AI effectively (primarily in Figma)
Define research strategy aligned with business goals.
Define IA, Sitemaps and Navigation Models
Create and validate high-level design concepts with customers.
Define solution architecture and collaborate across UX, UI, and engineering teams to validate feasibility.
Establish design patterns and guidelines, including micro-interaction patterns, ensuring consistency across products.
Develop detailed design specifications and ensure compliance with usability and WCAG standards.
Drive usability testing and synthesize findings for design improvements.
Analyze results, synthesize insights, recommend design changes, and drive A/B testing.
Stay updated on AI and UX trends
Review and validate prototypes for compliance with the Experience Design framework.
Manage project sign-off and closure activities.
Lead design discussions.
Archive project data and artifacts for future reference
