PURPOSE OF ROLE: This role manages and optimizes our Workday HCM platform. This role focuses on configuring business processes, maintaining system functionality, and partnering with zones and business stakeholders to ensure Workday meets organizational needs.

Key Tasks And Accountabilities

Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent).
Design and update business processes, calculated fields, and custom validations.
Manage and drive security roles, user access, and compliance within Workday.
Develop and maintain Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite).
Support Workday release management, testing, and deployment of new features.
Troubleshoot configuration issues and ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with zones and functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills

Experience:

Minimum 3 years such as a workday developer/SME.
Worked with global stakeholders and various zones
Technical/Functional Skills: Workday HCM module development, Workday Absence module development, Workday reporting/security knowledge
