Why This Role Exists

We currently have multiple accounts that require consistent, high-quality video output, but this capability is either limited or being handled inefficiently.

This Role Exists To

  • Build in-house video editing capability
  • Ensure faster turnaround and better content quality
  • Reduce dependency on external resources
  • Capture opportunities in video-first content and campaigns

What You’ll Own

  • Video Editing & Execution
  • Edit videos for ads & films for performance media
  • Transform raw footage into polished, engaging content
  • Ensure clean cuts, pacing, and visual consistency
  • Content Creation Support
  • Work on short-form and long-form video content
  • Adapt edits based on platform (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Bring a strong sense of storytelling and flow
  • Creative Enhancement
  • Add motion graphics, text overlays, subtitles, and transitions
  • Enhance videos using music, sound effects, and visual elements
  • Maintain brand consistency across outputs
  • Collaboration & Delivery
  • Work closely with Analysts & Performance Creative Specialists
  • Understand briefs and deliver within tight timelines
  • Manage files, edits, and exports efficiently
  • Trend Awareness
  • Stay updated with video trends, editing styles, and advertising platform needs
  • Continuously improve output to match platform expectations

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in video editing
  • Experience working on digital content
  • Exposure to client-based work is preferred
  • Core Skills
  • Strong video editing fundamentals (cuts, pacing, storytelling)
  • Ability to create engaging, platform-relevant content
  • Understanding of formats and audience behavior
  • Tools
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • After Effects (basic working knowledge)
  • DaVinci Resolve (optional)
  • Adobe Suite

  • Ability to work with speed and adaptability
