Job Title: Head – Finance Shared Services (FSSC)
Location: Gurugram
Experience: 12+ years
Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance)
Role Overview
We are hiring on behalf of a large manufacturing client for a senior leader to set up and head a Finance Shared Services Centre (FSSC) from scratch. This role will lead large-scale finance operations, drive standardisation, and enable digital transformation across group entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and scale a greenfield Finance Shared Services Centre covering AP, AR, GL, RTR, FP&A, Reporting, and Compliance
- Own service delivery, governance, SLAs, KPIs, and stakeholder management
- Drive SAP-led finance transformation (S/4HANA preferred)
- Lead automation, Agentic AI, RPA, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure strong financial controls, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance
Candidate Profile
- 12+ years of experience in Finance Shared Services / GBS / SSC leadership
- Proven greenfield FSSC setup experience
- Strong exposure to SAP, finance transformation, and digital/AI initiatives
- Experience in large enterprises or conglomerate environments preferred
