Job Description
The ACPA Pennsylvania Chapter is a non-profit organization serving as the recognized voice for the concrete paving industry in Pennsylvania. The Chapter works closely with highway officials, engineers, contractors, and paving experts to support and promote the industry. Its mission is to improve and expand the use of Portland cement concrete in pavement construction through technical guidance, education, and advocacy. By driving innovation and ensuring economic solutions, the Chapter aims to meet Pennsylvania’s infrastructure needs effectively.
This is a full-time remote role for the Vice President of Operations. The role involves overseeing daily business operations, managing profit and loss (P&L), developing and executing strategic plans, and leading key projects to achieve organizational goals. Additionally, the Vice President of Operations will collaborate with internal teams, engage with stakeholders, and ensure high-quality customer service and operational efficiency.
- Proven expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management
- Strong skills in Strategic Planning and Project Management
- Ability to deliver effective Customer Service and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in the construction or paving industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
