The Vice President, Marketing is a senior executive leader responsible for shaping and executing the marketing strategy for the Bosch Power Tools business in North America and the Dremel & Rotozip businesses globally. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, Power Tools North America, this role is accountable for setting unique, iconic brand positions for Bosch, Dremel, Sia & Rotozip and informing innovation strategy and product platform architecture.
This leader will own the Bosch brand, Dremel brand, Channel Marketing, Business Development, and Training organizations, ensuring a clear, integrated go-to-market strategy that accelerates growth, strengthens competitive position, and delivers measurable business impact.
The Vice President, Marketing directly shapes the competitive position, revenue trajectory, and brand equity of Bosch Power Tools North America and the global Dremel business. This leader ensures the organization wins through disciplined category strategy, superior commercialization, digital excellence, and deep customer and consumer understanding.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $230,000 to $285,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.

- Institutionalize rigorous VOC systems across Pro and DIY segments.
- Lead market analytics, demand forecasting, and competitive intelligence.

- Own global stewardship of the Dremel brand and regional leadership of the Bosch Power Tools, Rotozip and Sia brands in North America.

- Strengthen brand equity while driving commercial outcomes across professional and DIY segments.
- Own marketing operating budget with disciplined performance measurement.
