Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior UX/UI Designer with 1 to 3 years of experience for a full-time role at Proof-of-Skill. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in designing intuitive user interfaces and enhancing user experiences.

Qualifications And Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually compelling design elements.
Strong understanding of typography to ensure readable and appealing text presentation.
Ability to create visually appealing and user-centric designs.
Experience with Figma for collaborative design and prototyping.
Solid experience in user research processes to gather insights into user needs and preferences.
Ability to develop user flows to ensure optimal user journey through applications.
Experience in wireframing to outline the structural layout of user interfaces.
Skills in prototyping to bring design concepts to life through interactive models.
Passion for staying updated with design trends and continuously enhancing skill set.

Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
Conduct user research and evaluate feedback to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
Ensure designs are aligned with the company's branding and overall user experience goals.
Iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics to enhance user satisfaction.
Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Maintain design documentation and guidelines to ensure consistency across projects.
Participate in design review sessions and implement feedback to improve designs.
