UX Designer (Mid-Level / Middle) - Offshore

Location : Remote

Notice Period-Immediate

Engagement : Full-time/ Contract

Role Overview

We are looking for a Mid-Level UX Designer to support the design and enhancement of digital products by creating user-focused designs aligned with business goals. This role will work under the guidance of senior designers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes based on requirements and UX guidelines
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement UX solutions
  • Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations
  • Ensure designs follow established design systems and accessibility standards
  • Support UX research activities and documentation
  • Participate in design reviews and Agile ceremonies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3- 5 years of UX design experience
  • Portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and execution
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design
  • Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with offshore teams
