📍 Location: Anantapur (Work from Office)

🕒 Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM) – Monday to Friday

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

📊 Experience Required: 1–5 Years in US Bench Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US Bench Sales Recruiter / Manager with proven expertise in marketing IT consultants in the US market. The ideal candidate should have a strong vendor network, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the full bench sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) to vendors and direct clients

• Develop and maintain relationships with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners

• Submit consultants to suitable requirements on a daily basis

• Negotiate bill rates and coordinate interview schedules

• Follow up with vendors and clients for interview feedback

• Maintain updated consultant profiles and track submissions

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance before submission

• Work with multiple technologies (Java, DevOps, Data Engineering, etc.)

Required Skills

✔ 1–5 years of experience in US Bench Sales

✔ Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)

✔ Understanding of US visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC)

✔ Experience in rate negotiation and closing deals

✔ Strong database of US vendors and clients

✔ Excellent communication and professional email writing skills

✔ Ability to work under targets and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Experience working with Direct Clients & Prime Vendors

⭐ Knowledge of US time zones

⭐ Familiarity with job portals like Dice job portal, Monster job portal, and LinkedIn
