Job Title: Senior US IT Recruiter

Experience: 4–6 Years

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (On-site)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior US IT Recruiter in the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in handling W2 requirements (major focus) along with experience in C2C and 1099 hiring models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle for clients across various domains
• Work primarily on W2 requirements, with additional exposure to C2C and 1099 roles
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and other sourcing channels
• Screen, shortlist, and submit qualified candidates within defined timelines
• Conduct initial HR/technical screening and validate candidate skills, experience, and eligibility
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and consultants
• Negotiate rates/salary and manage offer closures
• Maintain and update candidate database and ATS regularly

Required Skills:

• Expertise in W2 hiring (mandatory)
• Good understanding of C2C and 1099 hiring models
• Hands-on experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
• Strong knowledge of US work authorization types (US Citizen, GC, H1B, OPT, etc.)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with direct clients or implementation partners
• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics
• Strong networking and pipeline-building skills
