Role Description

This is a freelance hybrid role as a Unity Developer – 3D Interactive Experiences, primarily based in Thane with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this role, you will collaborate with designers, artists, and developers to create immersive 3D experiences for mobile and interactive platforms. You will work on gameplay mechanics, augmented reality (AR) integration, and level design using Unity. Day-to-day tasks will include writing clean, maintainable code, debugging, and optimizing performance to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Unity for Mobile Game Development and creating 3D interactive experiences
Experience with Augmented Reality (AR) and implementing AR-based features
Strong understanding of Level Design and creating engaging user experiences
Solid foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Programming skills for game development
Proficiency in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing real-time applications
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and meet project deadlines
Previous experience in game development or a similar field is a strong asset
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Design, or relevant technical discipline preferred
Knowledge of 3D modeling or visual scripting tools is an added advantage
