Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Unit Manager role located in Rajkot. The Unit Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of financial advisors. Key tasks include driving sales targets, building customer relationships, and designing strategic plans to expand customer engagement. The Unit Manager will also play an integral role in promoting the company's products and services while ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management, team supervision, and achieving business targets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and team members effectively
• Knowledge of life insurance products, financial planning, and market trends
• Ability to strategize, mentor, and train a sales team to achieve performance goals
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
