Industry & sector: Healthcare delivery — multi-specialty hospital operations and clinical services in the private hospitals sector. We run full-service inpatient and outpatient facilities focused on quality clinical outcomes, regulatory compliance and scalable patient experience models.

Location & workplace: India — On-site leadership role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations of a hospital unit (inpatient and outpatient services), ensuring safe, efficient, and patient‑centric care delivery.
  • Own financial performance for the unit: prepare budgets, track revenue and costs, and implement corrective actions to meet profitability targets.
  • Drive clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives to meet accreditation standards (NABH/NABL) and regulatory requirements.
  • Optimize patient flow and operational processes across admissions, billing, clinical scheduling and bed management to improve throughput and reduce length of stay.
  • Hire, coach and develop cross‑functional teams—nursing, clinical support, administrative staff—setting performance metrics and accountability frameworks.
  • Collaborate with clinical leaders, supply chain, and IT to implement HIS/EHR workflows, safety protocols, and patient‑experience programs.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven experience leading hospital operations or a large clinical unit with accountability for clinical quality and P&L.
  • Demonstrated success managing budgets, revenue cycles, and cost controls in a hospital setting.
  • Hands-on experience with accreditation processes and quality frameworks (NABH/NABL or equivalent).
  • Operational knowledge of Hospital Information Systems / EHR and process digitization for clinical operations.
  • Strong stakeholder management across clinical, nursing, and administrative teams with evidence of team building and performance management.

Preferred

  • Experience in multi-specialty hospitals or hospital chains with exposure to insurance/payer networks and revenue optimization.
  • Background in implementing patient-experience or digital care-pathway initiatives that improved key metrics (satisfaction, readmission, LOS).

Benefits & Culture Highlights

  • High-visibility operational leadership role with clear career path to cluster/regional leadership.
  • Performance-linked incentives and opportunity to lead transformational projects across clinical services.
  • Collaborative culture that values clinical quality, continuous improvement and measurable outcomes.

We are looking for a decisive, operationally‑oriented healthcare leader who can balance clinical quality with commercial discipline to grow and optimize a high-performing hospital unit.
