UI/UX Designer

Overview

This role involves designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile platforms within a large-scale eCommerce environment. The designer will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma, ensuring consistency and usability across digital experiences. Collaboration with product leads, developers, and stakeholders is essential throughout agile sprint cycles to support a scalable and high-quality design system.

Education & Certification Requirements

Candidates should hold a Bachelor of Science degree. Design or product certifications from Adobe, NN/Group, UX, or related fields are advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with established design system standards
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals in Figma, utilizing reusable components and UI patterns
• Maintain and expand design system components and document UI patterns for scalability
• Collaborate closely with product teams, developers, and stakeholders during agile sprint cycles
• Conduct design reviews, critique sessions, and incorporate feedback to refine designs
• Ensure visual consistency, usability, and accessibility standards across all digital platforms
• Support print and promotional design initiatives as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX, product, or digital design roles
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component creation and interaction design
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Familiarity with HTML, React, or front-end literacy without coding requirements
• Knowledge of responsive, mobile-first, and accessibility design principles
• Experience working within and maintaining large-scale design systems, including shared component libraries and UI pattern development
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, iterative design processes, and user-centered principles
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively in teams, and communicate design concepts professionally
  
  

Desired Skills

• Mobile app design experience for iOS and Android platforms
• Familiarity with high-traffic eCommerce platforms and promotional design
• Knowledge of motion graphics or micro-interactions
• Experience with front-end development fundamentals such as CSS and JavaScript
• Understanding of design tokens, data-informed design practices, and performance-focused UI principles
