Job Description

Responsibilities:

Relevant Experience : 6 Months to 2 Yrs
Design visually captivating and intuitive user interfaces for websites and web applications, ensuring a seamless blend of stunning graphics and user-friendly design.
Develop user-centric wireframes, user stories, user journeys, mockups and high-fidelity prototypes optimized for different devices and interfaces.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to facilitate the client’s product vision and ensure design alignment.
Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, preferences, and needs.
Incorporate usability testing and user feedback into design iterations.
Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and design documentation.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
Ensure designs adhere to accessibility, usability, and performance standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Proven experience or certification in UI/UX design, with a robust portfolio that demonstrates a track record of user-centered design solutions.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, Axure, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer along with expertise in prototyping tools like InVision or Proto.io.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to articulate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to both internal teams and clients.
Strong understanding of web and mobile design principles, including responsive design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy.
Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with design systems and design thinking methodologies.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
