UI/UX Designer

This is a full-time on-site role for a UI/UX Designer, based in Puducherry. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating user-centered designs, developing mockups and prototypes, and delivering visual designs for web and mobile applications. The role entails close collaboration with cross-functional teams to refine user flows and ensure the designs align with user needs and organizational goals. Additionally, the designer will contribute to front-end development and ensure a seamless user experience.

• Proficiency in Mockups, Visual Design, and Prototyping to create wireframes and high-fidelity presentations
• Strong skills in User Experience Design (UED) to optimize user interaction and improve usability
• Experience with Front-End Development to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation
• Attention to detail and a deep understanding of design principles
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and related frameworks is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
