Job Description
Responsibilities
- To impart training of Non-motor/ Motor products to Employees and Stakeholders.
- To impart induction training to new employees.
- To coordinate with the employees for My coach learning and certification.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate (MBA preferred)
Required Skills
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Analytical ability with working knowledge of MS office tools (Power point/ Excel is mandatory).
- Aptitude to learn commercial lines general insurance products.
- Good presentation and articulation skills.
- A reasonable grip on the English language is a must.
