- Roles and Responsibilities of Trainer:
- Trainer is responsible for effectively delivering the curriculum for various construction trades, such as masonry, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and welding.
- A crucial part of the role is to provide practical, hands-on training, guiding students through the proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Trainer must demonstrate techniques, procedures, and safety protocols clearly and accurately.
- They are responsible for assessing and nurturing the development of students' technical skills, ensuring they meet the required industry standards.
- Trainer act as mentors, providing guidance, encouragement, and feedback to students.
- They must regularly assess student progress through tests, practical exercises, and projects.
- Attendance and Discipline: Instructors are responsible for maintaining class discipline and tracking student attendance.

- Demonstrators show how to correctly prepare and apply construction materials, like mortar, plaster, paint, or adhesives, ensuring students understand consistency, application methods, and finishing techniques.
- After a demonstration, the demonstrator observes students as they replicate the task, providing immediate feedback, correcting mistakes, and offering one-on-one guidance.
