Job Summary

🚨 Hiring: HR Operations Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity for students or fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and corporate work environments.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
Support recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
Maintain and update HR records and databases
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using MS Excel and PowerPoint
Assist the team with data analysis and operational support
Coordinate with internal teams when required

🔹 Requirements

BBA or a related HR degree
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage tasks with attention to detail

🔹 Work Details

Work Model: Hybrid
Working Days: 5 days a week
