Role Overview:

We’re looking for a results-driven and commercially savvy Trade Marketing Executive to strengthen the retail presence and performance of MARS Cosmetics. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills to drive impactful visibility across offline and online trade channels.

Job Description:

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of trade initiatives.
• Support the planning and rollout of new campaigns, launches, and promotional activities.
• Track and maintain on-ground branding reports, including visibility and activation performance data.
• Monitor and record activation expenses, ensuring accurate budget tracking and reporting.
• Update and manage sales data through Excel sheets for regular analysis and review.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure timely and efficient execution of branding and activation activities.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel with the ability to manage and analyze sales data efficiently.
• Compile and prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Ensure high levels of data accuracy with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to visit the market as and when required to monitor on-ground execution and gather insights.
