Tour Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Tour Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing travel itineraries while ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for clients. This role requires strong destination knowledge, creativity in itinerary planning, and excellent coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and customize domestic and international travel itineraries based on client requirements

• Handle end-to-end tour package management including bookings, pricing, and documentation

• Interact with clients to understand their preferences and provide suitable travel solutions

• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport vendors, and other service providers

• Ensure timely confirmations, follow-ups, and smooth execution of tours

• Resolve client queries and provide support before, during, and after travel

• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in tours and travel industry

• Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple bookings simultaneously

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic travel tools/software

• Customer-focused approach with attention to detail
