Tooling-Estimation & Process Planning Coordinator

About Position: Tooling-Estimation & Process Planning Coordinator

❖ Analyze customer requirements, technical designs, and specifications to prepare detailed cost and time estimates for tooling projects.

❖ Support the RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes and customer proposals by providing accurate estimation data.

❖ Prepare detailed process plans that meet the drawing requirements in a cost-effective manner without compromising quality.

❖ Define and optimize manufacturing processes across various tool room machines, ensuring effective utilization based on process capability and cost efficiency.

❖ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and production, to ensure alignment on best cost-effective concepts in both design and manufacturing.

❖ Maintain a comprehensive database of historical costs, vendor quotations, and estimation templates to drive continuous improvement.

❖ Identify risks in the manufacturing process and propose mitigation strategies related to cost and technical feasibility.

❖ Continuously improve estimation and planning methodologies based on feedback and project outcomes.

Education and Qualification :

Diploma in Tool and Die Making.

5 - 8 years’ experience.
