🔧 Toolroom Engineer

📍 Location: Vapi, Gujarat

🧰 Experience: 2–8 Years

💰 CTC: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 (based on experience)

📝 Job Description

We are hiring a Toolroom Engineer responsible for toolroom planning, job tracking, inspection, vendor coordination, and documentation.

🔨 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily toolroom job records and machine reports
• Prepare job cards for tool elements based on design profiles
• Plan and decide machining sequence and process flow
• Prepare Gantt charts for new mold development
• Inspect jobs and measure dimensions as required
• Coordinate mold maintenance and manage spare parts
• Guide machine operators/programmers on critical dimensions and finishes
• Follow up with suppliers for quotations, job completion, and material delivery
• Visit vendor sites to monitor outsourced jobs
• Maintain complete documentation for audits
• Update weekly, monthly, and quarterly toolroom machine plans

Primary (Must Have):

• MS Office
• Process planning
• Report making
• Machining strategy

Secondary (Good to Have):

• Measurement & inspection knowledge
• Heat treatment process understanding

Tertiary (Nice to Have):

• Vendor coordination

🎓 Education Preferred

• NTTF / CIPET / CTTC
• Tool & Die Making / Plastic Tool Engineering
